Tasting notes

Our Picual Claramunt 2024 has green and ripe notes on the nose, reminiscent of fruit at the moment of full maturity. Its most recognisable nuances are tomato, banana peel and freshly cut grass. On the palate the bitterness and spiciness are clearly felt with a final astringency that is the image of the olive leaf. Persistent and haughty, it leaves no one indifferent.
